Hi I’m Eric Bribiesca, owner of Salute Air Conditioning and Heating. Thank you for considering Salute for your HVAC needs. I started Salute Air Conditioning and Heating in 2022 because I wanted to make a positive change in the HVAC trade.
After serving in the United States Marine Corps Infantry for 6 1/2 years, I started my journey in the HVAC trade. I signed up for trade school using the GI bill and got a job at a local installation company. I learned quickly and soon realized I wanted to run my own HVAC company one day.
During my 10 years working in the trade, I learned a lot and was blessed to have some of the best teachers. As I progressed, I started to notice many of the companies I worked for talked a lot about top customer service and quality workmanship. However, when it came down to making those tough decisions, i.e. job change orders, warranty problems, or craftsmanship issues, it seemed like they often chose whatever was more profitable instead of doing what was right. I couldn’t stand this. The Marine in me was screaming “You can do way better You can fix this!”. It was time to move on and make a change, so I started Salute Air Conditioning and Heating.
Our mission at Salute is to be the number #1 HVAC service repair and installation company in Southern California providing true top customer service and quality workmanship. We strive to always put our customers first and never sacrifice quality customer service and craftsmanship for profits. We’re not perfect but we own up to our mistakes and do our best to do what’s right even if it means we’re going to take a loss.
